If you have previous permanent makeup and are seeking a refresh or correction, I offer cover-up services tailored to your unique situation. However, not all old tattoos can be safely or effectively worked on—each case requires careful evaluation before booking. Please send a clear, well-lit photo of your previously tattooed brows, eyeliner, or lip blush to (703) 357-6245. I will personally review your photo to assess pigment saturation, shape, and skin condition. Once approved, we’ll move forward with a customized plan that may include color correction, reshaping, or full cover-up. This step ensures your safety and satisfaction, and allows me to deliver the best possible results.
