Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time and ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation/rescheduling policy:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to retain your deposit.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will require rescheduling, and the deposit will be forfeited.
• No-shows will lose their deposit and be charged 50% of the service total to the card on file—no exceptions.
• For safety and space reasons, no guests or children are allowed during your appointment.
